KARDIA Performance Race Team

The KARDIA Performance Race Team is an in person coached group training program suitable for both beginners and experienced runners looking to chase down goals from 5km to marathon distances. The program is group coaching designed to help you get faster and learn proper training techniques from our certified coaches. All paces and experience levels are invited.

KARDIA Performance Race Team Membership - $135/month

Get to the finish line faster with our KARDIA Performance Race Team. This group training program is designed with both beginners and experienced athletes in mind to help take your running to the next level.

Coach and KARDIA founder, Heather Gardner will use training methodologies proven through over a decade of personal experience and training hundreds of runners and triathletes for competition to help you excel and get to your goal race feeling your best.

Our KARDIA Performance Race Team training program will take you through a series of distinct training phases unique to your race distance and goals. Each phase focuses on a specific running adaptation, progressively building your fitness and running economy, all planned to strategically peak your performance on race day.

The KARDIA Performance Race Team Membership Includes:

  • Two weekly KARDIA Performance Race Team coached team workouts at 7pm every Tuesday from Kardia and Thursday at Riverdale Park.

  • General team training plans for either beginner, 5km/10km, Half Marathon, or Marathon distances. Training plan will outline additional workouts runners’ are expected to complete on their own/with the KARDIA Run Crew (Wednesday and Saturday).

  • 4 classes of runner’s choice monthly at KARDIA to support training. Classes cannot be accumulated and will expire at end of month if not used.

  • Members receive 10% off KARDIA gear and accessories.

  • Access to a private Facebook messaging group.

Other things to note:

  • The KARDIA Performance Race Team Membership is minimum of 3 months commitment.

  • Participants can join anytime.

The follow Goal Races are on our schedule. These races are not required, and you are not limited to racing only these events.

  • Montreal Half Marathon: April 20th

  • Buffalo Marathon: May 24-26th

  • Toronto Waterfront10k: June 18th

  • Pride and Remembrance Run 5km: June 25th

  • Toronto Carnival Run 5km: July 23rd

  • Toronto Triathlon Festival: July 24th

  • Toronto Island Women’s Triathlon: August 20th

  • SuperPower 5km and 10km: August 28th

  • Oasis Zoo Run: September 17th

  • Chicago Marathon: October 10th

  • TCS Waterfront Marathon (including half marathon): October 16th
