KARDIA Performance Race Team

The KARDIA Performance Race Team is an in person coached group training program suitable for both beginners and experienced runners looking to chase down goals from 5km to marathon distances. The program is group coaching designed to help you get faster and learn proper training techniques from our certified coaches. All paces and experience levels are invited.

KARDIA Performance Race Team Membership - $135/month

Train smarter, race stronger, and reach the finish line feeling your best with the KARDIA Performance Race Team. Designed for both beginner and experienced runners, this group training program provides the structure, coaching, and community support to help you take your running to the next level.

Led by coach and KARDIA founder Heather Gardner, the program combines proven training methodologies with over a decade of coaching experience helping hundreds of runners and triathletes prepare for races of all distances. Whether your goal is to complete your first race, set a personal best, or build confidence as an athlete, each training plan is designed to help you perform at your highest potential.

The KARDIA Performance Race Team program is built around progressive training phases tailored to your race distance and personal goals. Each phase focuses on key running adaptations to improve endurance, strength, speed, and running economy — strategically preparing you to peak on race day with confidence.

The KARDIA Performance Race Team Membership Includes:

  • Two weekly KARDIA Performance Race Team coached team workouts at 7pm every Tuesday at the Harborfront Center and Thursday at Cityplace Red Canoe Hill.

  • General team training plans for either beginner, 5km/10km, Half Marathon, or Marathon distances. Training plan will outline additional workouts runners’ are expected to complete on their own/with the KARDIA Run Crew (Wednesday and Saturday).

  • 4 classes of runner’s choice monthly at KARDIA to support training. Classes cannot be accumulated and will expire at end of month if not used.

  • Members receive 10% off KARDIA gear and accessories.

  • Access to a private Facebook Messenger group.

Other things to note:

  • The KARDIA Performance Race Team Membership is minimum of 3 months commitment.

  • Participants can join anytime.
