Yoga Classes
The classes offered in our Movement Studio span the spectrum from relaxing to energetic, and cover many abilities and experience levels. Throughout the schedule you will find classes to calm your mind and body, or to strengthen your muscles and raise your heart rate. Each class is unique to the teacher and all classes take place with music.
Vinyasa Flow:
Through the connection of movement with breath, this 50-minute Vinyasa-inspired class will help improve balance, build strength and increase your flexibility. The dynamic sequence of postures will focus on alignment to support you in maintaining and deepening your personal practice.
Vinyasa Flow 60 (Intermediate):
Are you ready to take your practice to the next level? Through the connection of movement with breath this 60-minute active, Vinyasa-style yoga class will help elevate your practice with a challenging sequence of intermediate postures including inversions, arm balances, and breath-work. Some experience required.
vinyasa conditioning:
Vinyasa Conditioning is a blend of traditional yoga postures and repetitive strength moves using light dumbbells, sliders, and weighted balls. This 45-minute class blends dynamic strength training and functional mobility practices with the mindful principles of yoga for increased strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness.
Flow Express:
This 40-minute Vinyasa inspired class combines the movement and freedom of a flow class with a dynamic and challenging sequence of postures that will have you building a sweat while you develop strength and power.
Gentle Flow:
A gentle, Flow-inspired class ideal for those looking for a slower, non-strenuous stretch while connecting movement with breath. During this 50-minute class you will softly move your way through basic yoga poses, including light twists, folds, and sun salutations, and end with restorative poses allowing for complete relaxation and rest.
Roll Out:
This 45-minute class is full of stretching and self-myofascial release using Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls and your own body weight. Perfect for endurance athletes and weekend warriors, you'll increase your flexibility while preventing injury and speeding recovery, getting you ready for your next workout.
Meditate + Restore:
During this 50-minute class you will explore a variety of techniques to stretch the body, and calm the mind. Meditate + Restore offers a combination of gentle Pranayama (breath-work), slow-paced Restorative Yoga (all levels), and guided Meditation. Leave this class feeling calm, centered, and restored. No experience is required.
Baby Bliss Vinyasa Flow:
In this gentle and inclusive class, we create an environment that embraces the needs of both guardians/caregivers and babies. Join us through 50-minutes of breath-focused movements, designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and relaxation. The Vinyasa Flow style allows for a continuous flow of postures, helping to cultivate a sense of fluidity and harmony in your body and mind while improving strength, flexibility, and balance.
We encourage guardians/caregivers to bring any necessary baby supplies, such as blankets, quiet toys, or carriers, to ensure the comfort of their little ones throughout the session.
