Bring baby along and move in a way that supports your postpartum body — without needing childcare.
Our Baby & Me classes are designed for caregivers and babies to practice together in a calm, welcoming environment. These offerings are adapted from our signature KARDIA classes, with thoughtful modifications to support postnatal recovery, energy levels, and real-life needs.
Babies are welcome to nap, play, cuddle, or cry. Feeding, diaper changes, and breaks are always encouraged.
Baby Bliss: Gentle Postnatal Flow
Baby Bliss is a gentle, breath-led flow designed to support postpartum bodies while staying connected to your baby.
This class focuses on mobility, strength, and relaxation, with a slow, baby-led pace that allows space to pause, modify, or rest as needed. There’s no expectation to keep up or move continuously — the practice adapts to you and your baby.
Feel free to bring anything that helps keep your baby comfortable, including blankets, soft toys, carriers, or strollers.
Yoga mats are provided.
No prior yoga experience required.
Recommended for babies newborn to crawling.
