Kardia Baby Yoga Bliss

Bring Baby along for your perfect post-natal workout. Choose from a variety of our classes designed to take care of your while you take care of Baby. Our three post-natal class offerings are modeled off of our standard KARDIA classes, with adaptations designed for your post-natal needs.

Baby BLISS- Vinyasa Flow:

This gentle, inclusive class is designed to support both caregivers and their babies in a calm, nurturing environment. Over 45 minutes, you’ll move through a breath-led Vinyasa Flow sequence that encourages strength, flexibility, and relaxation—all while staying connected to your baby.

The flowing nature of the practice promotes balance and ease in both body and mind, with space to pause, modify, and respond to your little one’s needs.

Feel free to bring anything that will help keep your baby comfortable—blankets, soft toys, or carriers are all welcome.

Yoga mats are provided.
