Strength Classes
The classes offered in our Movement Studio span the spectrum from relaxing to energetic, and cover many abilities and experience levels. Throughout the schedule you will find classes of various lengths to strengthen your muscles, raise your heart rate, and calm your mind. Some classes uses small equipment like bands, sliders, and weighted balls, while others use your own body weight. No experience is necessary and modifications are always given.
HIIT + Flow:
This 45-minute class is the perfect combination of flow and force. Following a 10-minute Vinyasa Flow warm-up participants will be led through 25-minutes of high intensity intervals using their own body weight, or in small equipment classes, using weighted balls, sliders, and resistance bands. The class concludes with 10-minutes of a Gentle Flow as participants slow it down and stretch it out.
HIIT Express:
Short on time? This class is for you! Following a short cardio warm up, participants will be led through 24-minutes of high intensity intervals using their own body weight. This 30-minute class concludes with a brief full body stretch.
