Indoor Cycling Classes

Our cycling classes are rooted in traditional all-terrain cycling, and use power meters to measure and track your own performance in each ride. You can also sync the bikes to a free App, allowing you to compare your workouts and progress over time. Each ride is cued to a rider’s own perceived exertion, allowing beginner and veteran riders to attend the same class and get the perfect workout for them.

Cycle45:

This 45-minute all-terrain mixed profile ride will have you picking up the pace with flat road sprints, digging deep as you climb single and rolling hills, and setting your legs on fire with high intensity intervals.

Cycle 60:

This 60-minute all-terrain ride will take you through longer intervals of single and rolling hills, flat road sprints, endurance pace holds, and high intensity intervals.

Cycle 90:

This 90-minute all-terrain ride, geared towards experienced riders, will take you through long intervals of single and rolling hills, flat road sprints, endurance pace holds, and high intensity intervals. It is recommend riders are comfortable riding for 60 minutes before attending these classes.

CycleCore:

This unique 45-minute class combines the high intensity cardio of a 35-minute ride in the Cycle Lab with the strengthening of 10 minutes of core exercises in the Movement Studio.

Cycle30: Tabata Ride:

This 30-minute high intensity ride gives you a 2:1 ratio of maximum effort work to recovery. First setting your legs on fire with standing or seated sprints, and then giving you just enough recovery to do it all again.

Cycle Sweat Steady Endurance:

Working in Power Zones is one of the most effective ways to level up your fitness when it comes to indoor cycling. This 45-minute flat road endurance ride focuses on building aerobic endurance with long sustained intervals working at seven different levels (or zones) of exertion. This class is great for any level!

Cycle bootcamp:

Whether you’re short on time, can’t decide between strength or cardio, or are just looking for a great workout, this class is for you.

Join us for a 45-minute class that combines the high intensity cardio of 30-minutes of our 'all-terrain' cycling with a 15-minute full body strength workout off the bike. The strength workout will take place in the yoga room using equipment (e.g., weights, sliders, bands) and body weight excises.
