🌟 NEW: Learn to Run 10km
📅 Starting March 21st at 6:30pm
Take your running to the next level! This program is designed to help you transition from shorter distances to confidently conquering a 10km race. You’ll finish the program ready to tackle the SportingLife 10km.

For runners with goals ranging from 10km to marathon distances, this team offers accountability, camaraderie, and expert guidance. Whether you’re training for your first race or a personal best, this community will keep you motivated.

Weekly Free Runs

Looking for a no-commitment way to stay active and connect with fellow runners? Join our free weekly runs:

  • 🏃‍♀️ Wednesdays at 7pm: 5km

  • 🏃‍♂️ Saturdays at 9am: 10km
