Move, breathe, and flow right on the water at Toronto’s waterfront

Dockside Yoga is one of those classes that shifts your entire nervous system the moment you arrive. Practising beside the water brings a different kind of presence—slower breath, softer edges, and a deeper connection to movement and stillness.

This is yoga outdoors, grounded in community and held by the rhythm of Lake Ontario.

📍 Location

We meet at:
275 Queens Quay West
East side of HTO Park, at the Art and Water Cultura Dock

Arrive a few minutes early so you can make your way down to the dock space and settle in before class begins. You’ll be guided on-site to the practice area along the waterfront.

🧘 What to Bring

  • Yoga mat (a slightly thicker mat is recommended for dock surfaces)

  • Water bottle

  • Sunscreen (especially for daytime classes)

  • Hat or sunglasses if it’s sunny

  • Light layers for cooler breezes off the water

  • An open mind + willingness to move with nature

We recommend arriving early so you can find your spot and take in the waterfront before we begin.

📲 How to Book

All Dockside Yoga classes are booked through Kardia’s booking system.

  • Open the Kardia app or website

  • Select your preferred date and time

  • Complete your booking to secure your mat space

Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate, grounded, and connected—so early booking is recommended.

🌿 Why Dockside Yoga

There’s something powerful about stepping off the street and onto the dock. The city fades a little. Breath gets deeper. Movement feels more intuitive.

Dockside Yoga invites you to slow down without stopping—offering a space where strength and softness can coexist, right on the water’s edge.

We’ll see you dockside.
